We may store your personal data if you are a customer of ours or otherwise intend to transact with our company. The same will apply if you are an employee or potential employee of the Company.

We will store your data as long as necessary in order to protect ourselves against any claims by you or by Third Parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Limitation Act.

any related company which is one in which the existing shareholders of this Company may have interests or act as directors
to any party if such disclosure is necessary for the efficient processing of any aspect of your interactions with the Company, including receiving your order, processing it, receiving payment and order fulfilment
to any contractor supplying services to us related to management of our operations, including supply chain management and marketing
to any party where the Company directors consider it expedient to do so for the proper management of the Company.

General

In the event of ambiguity, the words of this Agreement shall be interpreted in favour of the Company.

The Customer agrees to submit any complaints to the Company before sending any report to the relevant government authority. The Customer also agrees to submit any claims against the Company for any alleged losses or damage in relation to privacy and data protection to arbitration in Singapore. In such event, each party shall pay their own costs.

All references to rules and statutes is a reference to Singapore law unless expressly stated otherwise.
