Return and Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping with Nano DG Singapore Pte. Ltd. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.  Policy to Refund and Exchange

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an unused item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you have chosen to take a replacement or an alternative NDG product we will ship it to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This will also apply if you have chosen to swap your product for an alternative NDG product.

Exchange

Because of our business trading internationally we have an exchange only policy with no refunds unless the product arrives damaged whereupon we will replace the damaged product inclusive of shipping to the same address (other addresses will be by arrangement with our sales Dept.) The claim must be made within 14 days of shipping from our NDG logistics facilitator. We will need photographic proof that the item was damaged in transit along with other specified items. (Requirements for submitting photograph of transit damaged goods). Once we receive and inspect your photographs and associated items we will notify you on whether your claim was accepted, rejected or further information is required and what the next steps will be if the claim was approved.

Either:

* We will send out a replacement item the same inclusive of shipping received your returned item.

* Or we will require the product be returned to us for further inspection before a replacement is offered and shipped.

Sale Items

Items that were sold as sale, surplus, end of range, obsolete technology, testing range will not be covered by our return policy and “sold as is”.
